TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKETDATA AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR DATA OR FORECASTS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) FINANCIAL LOSS FROM TICKET PURCHASE DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

• TicketData and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of money, missed opportunities, or changes in ticket prices.
• Since TicketData does not accept payments from users, our total liability to you is zero.
